No refunds after purchase. **No support included for Free or Pro: updates only.** Try the live demo at [svetix.ch/spacetool](https://svetix.ch/spacetool/) (demo data resets every 5 minutes). **How data is stored** All data lives in your own WordPress database (a single non-autoloaded option) and is read and written through the plugin’s own REST API. Every request must carry the site key generated on activation and, after a successful PIN login, a signed token (HMAC, 24-hour expiry) that states the role, the store and the identity it belongs to. Agents never receive PINs or other stores’ data, and the server only accepts an agent’s own results from an agent token: store settings, targets, PINs and other agents’ data are always kept from the saved state. **Source code** The dashboard is written in JSX: the readable source is bundled in `src/app.jsx`, with the build steps and the list of third-party libraries (React, prop-types, Tailwind CSS, Inter/Jost/Public Sans fonts, Material Symbols) in `src/README.md`. ### External services The dashboard itself never sends data anywhere: everything stays in your WordPress database. Two optional connections exist, both off until you turn them on. **Freemius** (bundled SDK, `vendor/freemius`) manages the optional upgrade to the separate Pro version, its licenses and its updates. On activation Freemius shows an opt-in screen: only if you accept, basic site and usage data (site URL, WordPress/ PHP version, plugin version, admin e-mail) are sent to Freemius. You can skip the opt-in and the free plugin works fully without any external connection. Service by Freemius, Inc.: terms https://freemius.com/terms/ – privacy policy https://freemius. com/privacy/ **CallMeBot WhatsApp API** (`https://api.callmebot.com/whatsapp.php`) sends an optional WhatsApp message each time a result is entered in the dashboard. It is disabled by default; the Store Manager enables it in Store Management WhatsApp notifications by entering the destination phone number and the personal API key obtained from CallMeBot. When enabled, every time an agent enters a result the browser sends to CallMeBot: the phone number, the API key and a short text (store name, agent name, KPI, value, date). No other data is ever sent. Upload the plugin folder to `wp-content/plugins/` (or Plugins Add New Upload Plugin) and activate it. 2. Create a page containing the shortcode `[overview_week]`: this is the **Admin** page (one for the whole site). 3. Open it, enter the default Admin PIN **123456** and change it right away (Admin Panel Security). 4. Rename your store in Admin Panel Store Management; for the store team create a page with `[overview_week shop="negozio1"]` (`negozio1` is the id of the first store). 5. Default PINs of the first store: Store Manager **500000**, agents **1002–1005**, SHOP row **1001**. Only the Admin can change PINs. Optional shortcode attributes: `fullwidth="1"` (the dashboard spans the full screen width, centered, breaking out of narrow theme columns) and `height="1000"` (frame height in px). The site must use HTTPS for the install-as-app feature. ## FAQ ### Where is my data stored? In your WordPress database, in the option `overview_week_state`. Nothing is sent to external servers by the dashboard itself. ### Does the plugin load anything from external servers? No. All scripts, styles, fonts and icons are bundled in the plugin. See “External services” for the two optional, opt-in connections (Freemius and CallMeBot). ### Can I rename the KPIs? Yes: Admin Panel Rename KPI (names and currency). You can also add custom KPIs. ### What is the difference with the Pro version? The free plugin has no artificial limits.
