When a visitor clicks one, the AI opens with a ready-made prompt asking it to summarize your article and cite your URL as the source. The share buttons are plain links: when a visitor clicks one, their browser opens the chosen AI service in a new tab with a pre-filled prompt built from the current post’s title, URL and a short excerpt. No request is made until the visitor clicks, and the action is entirely visitor-initiated. Upload the `sureshare-ai` folder to `/wp-content/plugins/`, or install via Plugins Add New. 2. Activate the plugin. 3. Go to Settings SureShare AI to choose platforms, style and placement. ## FAQ ### Does this add social media buttons? No. SureShare AI is intentionally AI-only — ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and similar. ### Does it collect personal data? No. Click analytics store only the post ID, platform and timestamp. No IP addresses, no user identifiers. ### Will it slow down my site? No. The CSS and JS load only on pages where buttons actually appear, and total assets are a few kilobytes. ### Does it work with the block editor? Yes. There is a native SureShare AI block, plus the `[sureshare_ai]` shortcode for the classic editor. ### What happens if an AI changes its share URL? Each platform’s URL lives in one small class. We ship a fix quickly when a provider changes. ### Is it translation-ready? Yes.
