Discount, minimum order and validity are prefilled from your defaults and can be changed per coupon. A redemption report shows which coupons were used and the revenue they brought back. * **Review requests**: ask a customer for a review of their latest completed order, with a button per product that opens the native WooCommerce review form. Products they already reviewed are left out; reviews that come in are matched back so you see the review rate and average rating. * **Customer drawer**: last order, order count, total spent, loyalty score and order history, plus the winback coupon and review request buttons. * **Respectful emails**: a cooldown per customer, one opt-out list for both kinds of email, a signed unsubscribe link in every email, and an optional “Sent via Stotos” footer, off by default. Everything runs on your own site from your WooCommerce data. Emails go out through your site’s own WordPress mail. No account is needed and nothing is sent to any outside service. **Stotos Pro (optional add-on).** If you want winback coupons and review requests to go out on their own every day, Stotos Pro is a separate plugin from stotos.com that adds the daily automation on top of this one. Upload the plugin to `/wp-content/plugins/` or install it from the Plugins screen. 2. Activate it. WooCommerce must be active. 3. Open **Stotos Dashboard**. ## FAQ ### Does this plugin send my customer data anywhere? No. Loyalty scores, segments and KPIs are built on your own server from your WooCommerce data, and emails go out through your own site. The plugin does not connect to any outside service. ### Do I need to pay? No. Everything in this plugin is free and unlimited, including sending coupons and review requests by hand. The daily automation is in the separate Stotos Pro add- on. ### How are “At Risk” and “Churned” defined? By default a customer is at risk after 60 days without an order and churned after 90. In Settings you can change these numbers or switch to automatic thresholds, which adapt to how often your customers usually come back. ### Who sends the winback and review-request emails? Your own site does, with WordPress mail and the sender from WooCommerce Settings Emails. For reliable delivery we recommend an SMTP plugin. Each email carries an unsubscribe link. A small “Sent via Stotos” line can be switched on under Settings; it is off by default. One opt-out covers both kinds of email, and you can exclude any customer from the customer drawer. ### Where do customers write the review? On your product page: the button in the email opens the product’s own WooCommerce review form. Review requests therefore follow your WooCommerce review settings: when reviews are disabled no request can be sent, and when only logged-in verified owners may review, guest orders are skipped. ### What happens to winback coupons when I delete the plugin? The plugin’s own tables and settings are removed.
