Run a manual scan from WooCommerce > Store health. Each finding explains the observation, its possible significance, confidence and what to check next. Copy a private diagnostic report for troubleshooting. * Manual scans work without depending on WP-Cron or REST API access. * Accepts classic shortcodes and WooCommerce cart/checkout blocks. * Uses bounded queries; displayed task counts are lower bounds, not exhaustive totals. * Reports partial coverage when a check fails or is unavailable. * Does not modify orders, payments, products, settings or existing scheduled actions. * Stores only the latest finished scan and temporary progress, without autoloading results. This is an independent extension and is not affiliated with or endorsed by WooCommerce or Automattic. The plugin does not test a purchase, guarantee checkout availability, inspect payment gateways, repair your store or monitor an offline site. A warning is a reason to investigate, not proof that payments are failing. Custom page builders can require manual verification. #### Privacy This Free plugin makes no external requests and includes no tracking, licensing SDK, remote assets or AI service. It reads aggregate task observations and page configuration locally. Reports contain versions, timestamps, check status and findings, but no customer details, task arguments, raw logs, site URL or credentials. Nothing is sent automatically. Review reports before sharing them. #### Support scope We support the diagnostic plugin. Hosting administration, repairing third-party plugins/themes, payment gateway setup, custom development, recovery and malware removal are outside its scope. Install WooCommerce 11.0 or later on WordPress 7.0 or later with PHP 8.2 or later. 2. Install and activate StoreClarity. 3. Open WooCommerce > Store health and choose Run store scan. 4. Review findings and their suggested checks. Nothing is automatically repaired. ## FAQ ### What does StoreClarity check? Background-task observations, evidence of runner delays, assigned store pages, configured checkout HTTPS and WooCommerce’s database update indicator. It includes environment versions and a copyable report. ### Does it change orders or repair problems? No. Only the plugin’s own local diagnostic results and temporary progress are written. ### Does it send store data anywhere? No. The Free package has no external service or telemetry. Sharing a report is a deliberate user action. ### Why do I see failed background tasks? Tasks may belong to any plugin using Action Scheduler. Read the hook and group in WooCommerce > Status > Scheduled Actions to investigate. An isolated failure is informational. ### Why does cron matter? Cron can start background work. Disabling page-load cron is normal when system cron is configured; the setting alone is never a warning. External cron execution is not verified. ### Why did a scan stop? Reload the page and resume it. If the scan has expired after 15 minutes, start again. A busy server, blocked admin AJAX request or third-party error can pause scanning. With JavaScript disabled, each click checks one area. The previous completed report remains available. ### Does it support HPOS and block checkout? The plugin declares HPOS compatibility and never queries order posts or post meta. Both classic and block checkout content are recognized. Content supplied through a custom template or reusable block can be marked informational for manual review. ### Why are task counts shown as at least? Queries use fixed caps to protect shared hosting. The report includes whether a cap was reached. No whole queue is loaded. ### How do I copy a report? Choose Copy diagnostic report. If the browser blocks clipboard access, select and copy the text manually. No report is uploaded automatically. ### What happens on deactivation or uninstall? Deactivation removes unfinished work and retains the latest report. Deleting the plugin removes its three local diagnostic options. Orders and other plugins’ tasks are not deleted. ### Does Free include automatic scans or history? Free includes complete manual results and keeps the latest scan. Automatic scans, historical comparisons and deeper analysis are being prepared as a separate addon.
