Super easy to set up](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/one-of-the-best-idx-plugins-super-easy-to-set-up/)󠁿 [houstonbroker](https://profiles.wordpress.org/houstonbroker/) June 15, 2021 I didn't know Home Junction offered this as a separate plugin. I'm using their other plugins on my clients' sites, which come as a package. The SpatialMatch is included with their Responsive IDX, so I'm very familiar with it. This is very good – now I can use this plugin for agents that don't have the need for the whole package and save some money ![](https://secure.gravatar.com/avatar/91d3a4a2a1155272fb627ca3c00f1b62f90a11069c78afbfe78802f1c8c2244d? s=60&d=retro&r=g) ### 󠀁[No Flash anymore – good job, Home Junction!](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/no-flash-anymore-good-job-home-junction/)󠁿 [oae1980](https://profiles.wordpress.org/oae1980/) May 24, 2021 I used to have their original SpatialMatch in Flash, which was great for its time. This new upgrade is very promising – intuitive, easy to use and setup takes no time at all. I love the way it looks on my phone and tablet, which was not possible with Flash. Glad they finally got around to remaking it. ![](https://secure.gravatar.com/avatar/88ebcd3f7c3bbac4be5e318e0fc16fe3e36b06e39888607eb7d7bf854ccb193a? s=60&d=retro&r=g) ### 󠀁[A solid IDX with a couple of very nice features](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/a-solid-idx-with-a-couple-of-very-nice-features/)󠁿 [Alex](https://profiles.wordpress.org/dniprovych/) May 14, 2021 A solid IDX with features any real estate professional can expect nowadays + a few nuggets. Users can add listings to their favorites, save searches and receive email alerts. A ton of information on areas with census demographics and other data. I was pleasantly surprised to see school names as I searched by location. It even draws the selected school's attendance zone on the map and shows listings within it. I can definitely see people spending more time on my site using this tool ![](https://secure.gravatar.com/avatar/15ecae2fca8b4b012497bb8f6a399eda9fa78851b699d93cf96e90be2a68e1a8? s=60&d=retro&r=g) ### 󠀁[Works out of the box!](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/works-out-of-the-box-124/)󠁿 [valentynd91](https://profiles.wordpress.org/valentynd91/) May 7, 2021 This is exactly what I was looking for. It works out of the box – no shortcodes, no templates or complicated external accounts to deal with. A lot of additional data is offered along the MLS listings – neighborhoods, schools, local amenities. Excited to see how it works out for my site visitors in the long run. ![](https://secure.gravatar.com/avatar/34ada81163c5ed15162aa6f1deaf074337f63673f23f6dd7e1c87da12593fdbf? s=60&d=retro&r=g) ### 󠀁[Data](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/sales-lies/)󠁿 [jml221](https://profiles.wordpress.org/jml221/) December 9, 2017 This plug in pulls from a large amount of data that is not syndicated in the MLS. It combines Census, Map, School, MLS and County data. Which is pretty cool.
