Upload the `solutiontech-customer-chat` directory to your `/wp-content/plugins/` folder, or install via the WordPress Plugins screen by uploading the ZIP file. 2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress. 3. Navigate to **Customer Chat** in your WordPress admin menu. 4. Enter your phone number (with country code, no + or spaces), configure your welcome messages, and click **Save All Changes**. ## FAQ ### What phone format should I use? Enter your full international number without any plus (+) symbols, dashes, or spaces. No. Solutiontech Customer Chat operates 100% locally and offline.
