Upload the plugin folder to `/wp-content/plugins/`, or install directly from the WordPress plugin directory 2. Activate the plugin through the **Plugins** menu in WordPress 3. Go to **Settings** and click **Snappy Chat Button** 4. Enter your WhatsApp number, set your message and label, choose a position, and click Save Your button will appear on your site immediately. ## FAQ ### What number format should I use? Select your country from the dropdown and enter your local number. The plugin handles all formatting automatically — no need to include the country code or leading zero. ### Does this work on mobile? Yes. On mobile and tablet it opens the WhatsApp app directly. On desktop it opens WhatsApp Web. ### Will it slow down my site? No. The plugin loads a single small CSS file on the front end.
