Description

Tired of looking for “another” plugin to open your favorite contact form as a popup? Don’t look any further. SMNTCS Bootstrap Modal allows you to open any shortcode, e.g. from Contact Form 7 or Gravity Forms, within a Twitter Bootstrap Modal.

  • Copy the provided shortcode and paste it within a post, page or widget

Installation

  1. Upload ‘smntcs-bootstrap-modal’ to the ‘/wp-content/plugins/’ directory
  2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
  3. Create a form, e.g. using Contact Form 7
  4. Grab the shortcode and go to the settings page of the plugin
  5. Provide a title, a button text and a shortcode hit the “Save Changes” button
  6. Copy the provided shortcode and paste it within a post, page or widget

Since a few days I was looking for a plugin to show a newsletter subscription form in a popup. Just when I was about to give up I found this plugin. Bro, you really made my day. I was afraid of telling my client that it's impossible what he asked for. Now I can deliver on time ... and it looks sweeeeeeeet! 😉
