### Use of External Services
### Google My Business API
**Purpose** The plugin uses the Google My Business API to fetch Google My Business
account-related locations and reviews, as well as to manage review replies. This
includes adding, updating, editing, and deleting review replies.
**Data Sent** Upon user authorization, the plugin collects and sends a refresh token
to enable API interactions for retrieving location and review data, as well as for
managing review replies.
**Conditions** This data is only transmitted after explicit user consent during
the “Connect with Google” process. No other personal or business information is
shared or used.

**ZealousWeb Third-Party API Service (https://sgr.zealousweb.com/)**
**Purpose** The plugin saves the Google My Business API refresh token in a secure
third-party API service to generate temporary access tokens. These tokens are provided
to the user’s site, which uses them to securely fetch data from Google My Business
and perform operations such as retrieving locations, reviews, and managing review
replies.
**Data Sent** The Google My Business refresh token is stored securely in the third-
party service solely to facilitate access token generation. No additional personal
or business information is shared.
**Conditions** The data is transmitted only after user consent and is used exclusively
for enabling the plugin’s functionality. All operations are performed directly by
the user’s site.

## Installation
Installing the plugin is easy. Just follow these steps:
1. From the dashboard of your site, navigate to Plugins –> Add New.
2. Select the Upload option and select “Choose File.”
3. When the popup appears, select the zip file from your desktop.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions and wait till the upload is completed.
5. When it’s finished, activate the plugin via the prompt. A message will be displayed,
confirming activation was successful.
## FAQ
### Can I track the performance of the reviews using Google Analytics?
No, the plugin does not allow you to integrate with Google Analytics, we are in
progress for Pro version for this feature include in that.
### Does the plugin affect my website’s SEO?
Yes, the Smart Google Review plugin supports rich snippets, which can help improve
your site’s SEO. Reviews and ratings are displayed in search engine results, enhancing
your site’s visibility and credibility.
### Is there any limit to the number of Google reviews that can be displayed in the widget?
No, there is no hard limit to the number of reviews displayed in the widget. However,
you can configure the number of reviews shown, and even enable a “Load More” button
to let visitors view additional reviews.
### Can I display Google Reviews on multiple pages or posts?
Yes, you can display Google reviews on any page, post, or widget area of your site
by using the shortcodes generated by the plugin. This allows you to place review
widgets in multiple locations as needed.
