 2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
 3. Place `<?php do_shortcode('[SMFA user_id=1]'); ?>` in your templates

#### I installed and activated this plugin. What to do next?

Go to Users >> All Users. Click on edit ?user_id=2 pick user id from the url user
user id for the shortcode.
