Orders must have a status of “Completed” in WooCommerce to be imported into TaxCloud. Orders with statuses like “Pending Payment,” “On Hold,” or “Processing” will not be imported. Ensure your orders are marked as “Completed” to have them reflected in TaxCloud. ### How do I go live with TaxCloud after testing? After completing test transactions, you need to mark your TaxCloud store as live. In your TaxCloud dashboard, navigate to Integrations > WooCommerce and click “Go Live.” This will enable real transactions to be captured and included in your tax reports. ### Does TaxCloud support tax calculations for shipping from multiple locations? Yes, TaxCloud allows you to specify multiple shipping origin addresses. This is important for states that calculate tax based on the origin of the shipment. The extension in Chrome for QBO has provided peace of mind when dealing with taxes across multiple states. No more second guessing! One of the things that really stood out to me was the training during the transition. It was so thoughtfully designed and incredibly easy to follow. I never once felt overwhelmed, and it didn’t require being a computer wiz to understand. Lindsay was very clear, practical, and walked me through everything step by step. As we grow we’ve started to worry about nexus in other states. TaxCloud was a great fit for us as it was a cheaper option to track nexus and potentially scale our tax team or compare to other larger (and expensive) services like Avalara. Implementation was nice and easy. We’ve been using the TaxCloud plugin for WordPress to manage sales tax compliance for our catalog of over 70 stores. With nexus in 31 states, staying on top of varying tax rates and compliance requirements would otherwise require several full-time staff members. TaxCloud has been a game-changer for our business. The plugin is incredibly easy to set up, and once it’s running, it seamlessly handles tax calculations, reporting, and compliance updates. We worry WAY less about managing complex tax regulations now, allowing us to focus on growing our business instead of hiring additional staff for tax compliance. What we appreciate most is how hands-off it is. Our team doesn’t have time for additional maintenance. TaxCloud has saved us countless hours and has significantly reduced our overhead costs. It comes in handy every time I need to report my Sales and Use Tax, which are such a pain. This takes the frustration and confusion out of the Sales and Use Tax process! Simple Sales Tax breaks down sales by State and Jurisdiction so you can easily calculate sales. Aside from the app being easy to use and great the customer service is NEXT LEVEL AMAZING. I have honestly stayed this long bc the customer service is so good. When i email with a question they respond quickly and Rianna, Melanie, Horst and Ryan have been absolutely fabulous. I’ve even gotten detailed video and voice message responses that have saved my butt! Im not great with technology so their explanations have been so helpful! Def check this out! 10/10 recommend!
