It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Favethemes or Houzez.** “Houzez” is used solely to describe compatibility with the Houzez theme, whose data this plugin reads. Create as many feeds as you need, each with its own independent, tokenized URL, its own generation schedule, and its own field mapping. Fill in your FTP host/username/password once and this plugin uploads the generated file automatically after every regeneration, no external script needed. #### Data-only formats Zoopla, Rightmove’s Real Time Data Feed (RTDF), and ShareToBuy require a real-time push API with portal-issued, certificate-based credentials obtained through each platform’s own manual approval process. This plugin generates the correct field structure for these so a developer, relay script, or manual process can complete delivery. #### Built-in feed validation Every fixed-schema feed gets a **Feed Health Score** — a per-listing check against that platform’s real required fields (not just “did the file generate”), plus document- structure validation (well-formed XML/JSON, valid UTF-8). See exactly which listings would fail, why, and how to fix them, with a direct link back to the property in Houzez. #### Secure, portal-friendly URLs Every feed gets its own security token embedded directly in a clean, human-readable URL. Regenerating the token instantly revokes the old URL — no separate revocation list to manage. #### Scheduled generation with real HTTP caching Feeds can regenerate every 30 minutes, hourly, or daily via WP-Cron, serving a pre- built static file with proper Last-Modified/ETag/Cache-Control headers — so a portal or CDN never has to re-download a feed that hasn’t changed. #### Disclaimer Silo Feed Exporter for Houzez is developed and maintained independently by Team Pluginsilo. Two specific, optional features do make outbound connections, both fully under your control and off by default: **Homeza Distribution** — if you turn on the separate “Homeza Distribution” checkbox on a Homeza-format feed (off by default), this plugin submits that feed’s property data to Homeza’s own intake endpoint (`https://app.homeza.org/api/feedsubmit`) every time the feed regenerates, so your listings can be published on Homeza.org and in the Homeza app. Sent data: the same property fields (title, description, images, price, location, etc.) already included in that feed. Sent when: on every scheduled or manual regeneration of that feed, only while the checkbox stays enabled. Sent data: the same property fields included in that feed’s file. Sent when: on every scheduled or manual regeneration, only while FTP details are filled in. Upload the plugin to `/wp-content/plugins/`, or install it directly from your WordPress admin’s Plugins screen. 2. Activate the plugin. (Requires the Houzez theme to be active, since it reads Houzez’s own property data.) 3. Go to **Property Feed** in your WordPress admin menu. 4. Click **Add New Feed** and follow the guided wizard: pick a destination, choose which properties to include, review the field mapping, validate, and generate. 5. Copy the feed’s URL into the destination platform (or, for Idealista/BLM, fill in your FTP details instead). ## FAQ ### Is this plugin made by Houzez or Favethemes? No. This is an independent, third-party plugin developed by Team Pluginsilo. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Houzez or Favethemes. It reads property data from a site running the Houzez theme in order to build feeds for it. ### Does this plugin require the Houzez theme? Yes. It reads property data directly from Houzez’s own post type, meta fields, and taxonomies, so the Houzez theme must be active. ### Can I run more than one feed at once? Yes — create as many feeds as you need, one per destination platform, each with its own independent URL, token, schedule, and field selection. ### What happens if I regenerate a feed’s security token? The feed’s old URL stops working immediately, since the token is embedded directly in the URL itself. Update the URL on the destination platform’s side afterward. ### A platform I need isn’t listed — what happens? The generic JSON and XML formats let you hand-pick exactly which fields to include, for any platform, script, or CRM that can consume a JSON/XML feed at a URL. ### Is my data sent anywhere else? No. This plugin doesn’t transmit any data to its own developer or any third-party analytics/telemetry service.
