The plugin developer went out of his way and spent a lot of time making improvements based on my suggestions. This is the best side cart plugin for WooCommerce, period. I would give 10 stars.

*** UPDATE We confirmed there IS another issue with this plugin. Our developer found the issue in this plugin's code and fixed it. We were about to share what we found with the developer, however, in the last private email response to us, he was rude and snarky. That just proves everything we said below. He couldn't even bother to be constructive in his responses. This developer does not care about his customers. Best of luck. . . There are two types of plug-in makers. The kind that make a business of it and care about their customers and those that think it would be nice to make a little extra money and hope their plugin is good enough to make some sales. . The plugin is decent, but our experience (and looking at similar experiences in the reviews) with support is terrible. The plugin has issues outside of the basic and pro features. . The owner does not want to take responsibility and do basic troubleshooting. Instead, as so many plugin makers do in the second category, the owner deflects responsibility and blames his plugin's issues on others - either the site owner or other plugins. . How do we know this? Because we found a legitimate bug that the owner did not address until we provided a bad review. He immediately investigated and confirmed his plugin's bug was real and released a fix. The issue was poor coding and testing on his part. He then asked us to change our rating to a positive review - which we did. . Now we have found another bug and the owner is taking the same approach as last time. We provided a lot of information about various troubleshooting and tests we did to confirm the issue. However, the owner simply deflected and blamed it on our site and development. In fact, he didn't even pay attention to the detail in the email we sent because he asked us to send custom code we wrote which we said we had fully removed in testing to confirm it wasn't our code causing the issue. Clearly he didn't read our report thoroughly and instinctively deflected so he didn't have to do any work. . Professional plugin developers make a business out of what they do and they are legitimate. Hobby/part-time plugin makers, as this one is, only hope to make a few bucks and leave their customers hanging if an issue is not obviously solvable. . If you purchase this plugin, the odds are high you will eventually replace it. When an issue arises (which it will), you will spend more time and money trying to the issue and deal with the owner's support than is worth it. . This plugin isn't worth it.

It's basically a shame that the features offered by this plugin are not core of the WooCommerce app - but actually this same fact makes me happy because it means we have this FREE solution which not only works and is designed beautifully, but it's bug free and the code is highly professional as well. Great thanks to the dev - this is one of the very few plugins that strengthens my belief that the WP plugin repo still has a meaning and that free plugins still have a future in this era when most of the plugins (and more and more of them) in the repo are purely a marketing strategy to make users buy the full version.

Not only did the developer respond to my email on a weekend with a few hours, but he responded with a fully coded solution to my unique problem. 100% worth the $18 fee. Would recommend to anyone looking for a shopping cart solution for their ecommerce woocommerce store.
