## Description

sHub-EEAT helps you strengthen E-E-A-T (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness,
Trustworthiness) by combining first-hand information and expert profiles with AI-
assisted drafting.

AI features use the WordPress AI Client. The site owner chooses and configures the
provider once under Settings Connectors. This plugin does not store provider credentials.

#### Features

 * Pre-register industry details, achievements, first-hand information, and author/
   supervisor profiles
 * Auto-generate deeper E-E-A-T hearing questions through the site’s configured
   AI provider
 * Generate article drafts that include sources and author profiles
 * Convert uploaded images to WebP and extra sizes (1200 / 768 / 480px)
 * Insert HTML5 `picture` / `srcset` markup into post content
 * Generate JSON-LD for Article, FAQPage, HowTo, Person, and Organization
 * Edit and validate JSON-LD in the post editor
 * Output JSON-LD automatically in `wp_head`
 * Remote publishing through a REST API that supports Application Passwords

### Third-Party Services

This plugin uses the WordPress AI Client included in WordPress 7.0 or later.

When you generate articles, hearing questions, or optional images, the configured
E-E-A-T profile, the topic you enter, and the article content being generated are
sent to whichever AI provider the site administrator has configured under Settings
Connectors.

This plugin does not call a provider HTTP API directly and does not store API keys.
Credentials are managed by WordPress core and the chosen provider plugin.

Depending on which official provider plugin is installed, that may include:

 1. Google AI (Gemini)
 2.  * Service URL: https://ai.google.dev/
     * Terms of Service: https://ai.google.dev/terms
     * Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
 3. OpenAI
 4.  * Service URL: https://openai.com/
     * Terms of Service: https://openai.com/policies/terms-of-use
     * Privacy Policy: https://openai.com/policies/privacy-policy
 5. Anthropic
 6.  * Service URL: https://www.anthropic.com/
     * Terms of Service: https://www.anthropic.com/legal/consumer-terms
     * Privacy Policy: https://www.anthropic.com/legal/privacy

Use of a provider is subject to that provider’s terms and privacy policy.

## Installation

 1. Upload the `shub-eeat` folder to `/wp-content/plugins/`.
 2. Activate “sHub-EEAT” from the Plugins screen.
 3. Open Settings Connectors and configure an AI provider (for example AI Provider
    for Google, OpenAI, or Anthropic).
 4. Open the sHub-EEAT menu and enter industry, achievements, and author details under
    E-E-A-T Presets.

## FAQ

### Is an API key required in this plugin?

No. Hearing questions, article generation, and AI image generation use the WordPress
AI Client. Configure a provider once under Settings Connectors. PHP-based JSON-
LD generation, WebP conversion, and manual JSON-LD editing work without a provider.

### How does remote publishing work?

Create an Application Password on the user profile screen, then call `POST /wp-json/
shub-eeat/v1/posts` with Basic authentication.

### Is invalid JSON-LD saved?

No. Both the admin UI and the server validate JSON with `json_decode` and reject
invalid input.
