Previously our process was: – clone to staging – upgrade plugins – test manually– run a backup – reproduce steps on production Now our process is: – enable auto updates– enable auto backups using Updraft – enable Shopwarden Sleep easy, because we know Shopwarden can run all the tests we would usually do manually in the past. With the way the WordPress ecosystem is being attacked at the moment, not having auto- updates enabled is no longer an option, and Shopwarden takes care of the rest.
