No. If you check the “Auto-Update URLs” box, the plugin automatically searches your WordPress database and updates the hardcoded links in your posts and pages to point to the new WebP file. ### What happens if compression makes the file larger? The plugin features a “Safe Mode” that creates a temporary file first. If the resulting file is larger than the original, it skips the image entirely and retains your original file. ### Will this crash my server if I have thousands of images?
