 1. Make sure you have jQuery installed and working properly
 2. Upload the folder `sc-to-top` to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory
 3. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
 4. Go to plugin’s options page and choose your configuration
 5. Enjoy!
