## Description

Renexa AI is an abandoned cart recovery and COD Shield intelligence platform designed
for eCommerce merchants in Egypt and the MENA region.

### Features

 * **Real-time Abandoned Cart Ingestion:** Captures carts immediately as customers
   enter checkout.
 * **COD Shield Fraud Protection:** Evaluates order risk to reduce expensive shipping
   returns (RTO).
 * **ROAS Attribution:** Attributes recovered revenue directly to Meta, TikTok, 
   and Google Ads campaigns.
 * **Instant WhatsApp Recovery:** Automates recovery notifications through official
   WhatsApp channels.

### External Services

This plugin integrates with the external Renexa AI Cloud platform (`https://renexa.
store`) to provide real-time cart tracking, COD risk analysis, and notification 
delivery.

 * **What data is sent:** When a shopping cart is updated or an order is created,
   the plugin transmits cart contents (item names, quantities, line totals, currency),
   order identifiers, and customer contact information (customer name, email address,
   phone number, shipping city) to the merchant’s configured Renexa webhook endpoint.
 * **When and why:** Data is securely transmitted via asynchronous HTTPS requests
   whenever checkout totals are calculated or an order is completed. This data is
   required by the Renexa AI engine to evaluate Cash on Delivery fraud risk, prevent
   fraudulent checkout attempts, attribute marketing revenue, and send automated
   recovery notifications.

## Installation

 1. Upload the `renexa-connector` folder to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory, or
    upload the ZIP file directly via Plugins > Add New in WordPress.
 2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress.
 3. Navigate to WooCommerce > Settings > Renexa AI and enter your Webhook URL and Secret.

## FAQ

### Does this plugin affect site speed?

No. All event tracking uses asynchronous, non-blocking requests to ensure zero delay
on your storefront checkout.

### Do I need a Renexa account to use this plugin?

Yes. You need an active Renexa AI account to generate your Webhook URL and Secret
Key.
