Yes. This plugin connects to your existing (or new, free) RatingWall account — it doesn’t collect or store testimonials on its own. ### Does this plugin collect testimonials over WhatsApp? Not directly inside WordPress — sending requests and collecting replies over WhatsApp happens on RatingWall itself (along with other collection methods). This plugin’s job is just to display the finished Wall of Love on your WordPress site once you’ve built it. ### Can I connect more than one WordPress site to the same RatingWall account? Not directly — a RatingWall account connects to exactly one WordPress site at a time. If you need to move the connection to a different site (for example, going from a staging site to your live domain), contact RatingWall support. ### Does this work with WooCommerce? Yes, a WooCommerce store can use this plugin the same way as any other WordPress site today.
