No. RateMate enhances and extends the WooCommerce review system — it does not replace it. All existing reviews are preserved. ### Will review request emails be sent for old orders? No. Emails are only queued for orders that transition to “Completed” after the plugin is activated. ### Can customers upload multiple photos? Yes. You can configure the maximum number of uploads (1–20) and maximum file size in **RateMate Settings Photo Reviews**. ### Does the plugin work with variable products? Yes. The plugin is fully compatible with WooCommerce variable products. ### Is this plugin compatible with WooCommerce HPOS? Yes. RateMate declares full compatibility with WooCommerce High-Performance Order Storage (HPOS / custom order tables). ### Where are uploaded photos stored? Photos and videos are stored in your WordPress Media Library — the same place as all other media uploads.
