Configure the business name, physical address, phone number, business type, latitude, longitude, service radius, and named service areas from a WordPress settings page. A radius is represented as a Schema.org `GeoCircle`, while cities, regions, and postal codes are represented as text values in `areaServed`. Key features: * LocalBusiness and six supported subtypes. * Complete PostalAddress fields. * GeoCoordinates for the business location. * GeoCircle service radius, entered in kilometres and output in metres. * Optional named service areas. * Homepage-only schema output by default, with an optional sitewide setting. * `[rankup_service_areas]` shortcode for displaying named service areas. * Warning when common SEO plugins that may also create LocalBusiness schema are detected. * No tracking, external requests, or frontend assets. Structured data helps search engines understand page content. It does not guarantee rankings, traffic, rich results, or inclusion in any search feature. ## Installation 1. Upload the plugin ZIP through **Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin**, or install it from the WordPress.org Plugin Directory when available. 2. Activate **RankUp Geo-Radius Schema**. 3. Go to **Settings > Geo-Radius Schema**. 4. Enter the business name and physical street address. Add the remaining address fields where available. 5. Optionally add latitude, longitude, a service radius, and named service areas. 6. Save the settings and validate the page output. ## FAQ ### Why is a physical street address required? Google documents `name` and `address` as required LocalBusiness properties. The plugin does not output incomplete LocalBusiness schema when either the name or street address is missing. ### How does the radius work? Enter latitude, longitude, and the service radius in kilometres. The plugin outputs a Schema.org `GeoCircle` with `geoMidpoint` coordinates and converts the radius to metres for `geoRadius`. ### Can I add cities and postal codes? Yes. Add comma-separated cities, regions, or postal codes under Named Service Areas. They are emitted as text values accepted by Schema.org’s `areaServed` property. ### Where is the schema added? The default is the homepage only. You can select sitewide output when the same business information is visibly relevant across the entire website. ### How do I display the service areas? Use `[rankup_service_areas]`. ### Can I use this with Yoast SEO, Rank Math, or All in One SEO? The plugins can be active together, but you should not output two competing LocalBusiness entities for the same business. RankUp Geo-Radius Schema shows a warning when it detects these plugins. Review their schema settings and keep one LocalBusiness source enabled. ### Does the plugin contact an external service? No. It makes no external requests, loads no remote assets, and does not collect or transmit data. ### What happens when I uninstall it? The saved plugin option is removed when you delete the plugin through WordPress.
