An active Quality Driven account and API key are required. After saving your API key in the plugin settings, add `[qdsreview-reviews]` to a page or post. The legacy`[ quality-driven-software-reviews]` shortcode is also supported. #### Shortcode options The shortcode supports these optional attributes: * `star-color` – Rating-star color as a hexadecimal value without the `#`. * `background-color` – Review background color as a hexadecimal value without the`#`. * `border` – Use `none` to hide review borders. * `shadow` – Use `yes` to display a shadow. * `hide-summary` – Use `yes` to hide the score summary. * `hide-city` – Use `yes` to hide the customer’s city. * `hide-reviews` – Use `yes` to display only the summary. * `limit` – Maximum number of reviews to display. * `width` – Use `medium` or `narrow`; the default is responsive full width. Example: `[qdsreview-reviews limit="5" shadow="yes" star-color="548ECA"]` #### External service This plugin connects to the Quality Driven service at `https://qdsapp.com/` whenever a page containing the review shortcode is displayed. It sends the saved Quality Driven API key as part of the request URL together with any shortcode display options. This request is required to retrieve and display the account’s review content. The plugin does not send WordPress usernames, passwords, email addresses, or visitor- submitted form data. Upload and activate the plugin through the WordPress Plugins screen. 2. Open the Quality Driven menu in the WordPress administration area. 3. Enter the API key from the Website Embed Code area of your Quality Driven account and save the settings. 4. Add `[qdsreview-reviews]` to any page or post where reviews should appear. ## FAQ ### Where can I find my API key? Sign in to Quality Driven and open the Website Embed Code area in the Reviews section. ### Why are my reviews not appearing? Confirm that the API key is saved correctly and that your website can make outbound HTTPS requests to `qdsapp.com`. The plugin displays a temporary-unavailable message when the service cannot be reached. ### Can I keep using the old shortcode? Use `[qdsreview-reviews]` or `[quality-driven-software-reviews]`.
