messaging service integration, chat list and chat list filter, bot-human integration, mobile access, etc.

This plugin is a web version of the integration in form of widget, which provides an easy way to engage with customer via chat widget
in your website. It helps you to easily render the widget in your WordPress site.

Installation

  1. Upload qiscus-multichannel-widget directory to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
  2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
  3. Go to the Settings page and provide your Qiscus Multichannel App ID
