## Description

This plugin creates a publisher profile that can publish every post, but cannot 
edit them.

## Installation

 1. Upload the entire `publisher-profile` folder to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory.
 2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress.
