 1. Upload `promolivechat.php` to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory
 2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
 3. Go to Options page (Settings -> PromoLiveChat) and setup your support operators
    Jabber/XMPP accounts.

  What do I need to install the chat on the site?

Your site should operate on WordPress platform, and you will need to install the
chat plug-in.

  How can I configure the operators?

You need to login the site and enter Jabber/XMPP addresses, on which messages will
be sent.

  What kind of client software should be used for the support operator?

Any Jabber/XMPP client.

  How many operators can I use?

At the moment, we allow up to 5 operators for free.

  How fast is your chat service?

It runs in real time.

  Can I perform the operator’s work by IOS or Android mobile devices?

Yes, you can.
