Suppliers use the companion **Importify B2B Supplier Sync** plugin and Importify web services to manage their product distribution. This system refreshes the supplier’s API endpoint every 20 hours, ensuring that merchants have access to the most up-to-date catalog. **ProductSync Merchant for Importify** bridges the gap between you and your supplier network. It connects your WooCommerce store to supplier catalogs, lets you import newly published products on demand, and provides the **Imported Products** and ** Supplier Catalog Reference** screens for reviewing supplier price and stock changes. ### Supplier-side product distribution and synchronization The scheduled automation described below is provided by the supplier-side product distribution system, not by a scheduler in this merchant plugin. Suppliers use the approved **[Importify B2B Supplier Sync](https://wordpress.org/plugins/importify-b2b-supplier-sync/)** plugin and Importify web services to select product categories, brands, and/or tags for distribution. After a supplier saves a selection, Importify web services run automated catalog checks every 20 hours. These checks identify newly added products, price changes, stock changes, and products that are no longer available, then update the supplier catalog/API endpoint used by connected merchants. A supplier can also have a product’s stock decrease after a sale; the next catalog refresh exposes that updated stock to merchants. On the merchant side, this plugin retrieves the supplier catalog and provides the merchant workflow: * **Products:** browse newly published supplier products and import selected products on demand. * **Imported Products:** review products already imported into WooCommerce. * **Supplier Catalog Reference:** compare the current supplier catalog with imported products to identify supplier price or stock changes before updating the WooCommerce product. The supplier-side selection interface, scheduled 20-hour change detection, catalog generation, and API storage are provided by the Supplier Sync plugin and Importify web services. However, the plugin also includes an optional, opt-in feature that lets merchants connect their OWN AI provider accounts (using their own API keys) to further optimize SEO content. When a merchant explicitly chooses to use this optional feature, the plugin contacts the AI provider selected by the merchant to validate the merchant-provided API key. No AI provider is contacted unless the merchant adds and activates their own API key.
