Posts For All Pages

Allows to distribute posts on different pages by means of categories.

Do you want your posts to be displayed on other pages than the standard post page? This plugin gives the possibility to display posts on different pages. All posts assigned to the default category still belong to the standard page. For all other pages the plugin permits to assign any categories to this page to make the corresponding posts be shown on that page.

The functionality of rendering posts at multiple pages requires that the applied theme operates with the standard page structure.

Although it has a lack of instructions here it really isn't hard to use. It just adds an additional box at the bottom of the page where you edit pages that lets you select what post categories you want shown. Unfortunately, it blocks the default Blog page from showing posts anymore and it ends up showing the entire post, complete with comments section, without the posts title, instead of a short version like the default Blog page does. With some work, it could possibly be a really useful, and simple, tool. Of course, if you don't mind getting your hands dirty with code (I certainly don't) there are other plug-ins out there that do the job better and have fewer problems. Sadly, that is probably why this hasn't been updated in so long. I'd like to see it finished, even if I'll never use it there are plenty of people who'd love an option that doesn't require messing with code manually.
