Upload the plugin ‘Podamibe Custom User Gravatar’ to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly. 2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress. 3. Go to User Profile Page and check use custom gravatar checkbox and select preferred picture form media gallery. Or you can upload your own picture. 4. We use it on economy4mankind.org because we want individual avatars and not the single allround avatar of Gravatar.
