[Learn more about Picsart Commerce](https://picsart.com/commerce/). #### Create, review and use your media * Turn a product photo into an AI video; choose a style, model, duration and resolution. * Generate images from text, edit photos with AI, remove backgrounds and enhance images. * Choose source images from uploads, the WordPress Media Library or Picsart Drive. * Review results before saving a copy to WordPress or applying it to supported content. * Crop, resize, rotate, adjust colour, export and watermark local image copies in your browser. Works with standard WordPress, WooCommerce product media and All in One SEO social- image pickers. Cloud tools use your Picsart account and credits, with price approval before each operation. Local browser processing uses no generation credits. A Picsart connection is currently required to access all tools. #### External services and privacy Cloud access requires each user’s consent and Picsart authorization. Picsart receives account/credit and Drive requests, selected images and prompts. An image-based quote uploads a copy to Picsart Drive before generation. Generated results remain in Picsart until separately copied to WordPress. Account credentials, history and recovery receipts are encrypted in the site’s database. History is retained until uninstall; archiving is not deletion. WordPress media copies can have public upload URLs. See the FAQs for disconnect, uninstall and security details. Optional live chat connects to Picsart’s HubSpot support portal only when requested. HubSpot receives browser connection information and messages you enter; photos, prompts and account details are not automatically attached. The widget presents cookie controls. Status emails are separately opt-in and use the site mail system and WordPress profile address; mail-system acceptance does not prove delivery. Install and activate Picsart Commerce. Requires WordPress 6.8+, PHP 8.2+ and PHP OpenSSL. WooCommerce and All in One SEO are optional. 2. Open Picsart in the admin menu, review cloud data sharing and choose Connect Picsart. 3. Sign in on Picsart and approve the matching device code. Return to WordPress to see your account and balance. No additional server setup is required. 4. Choose media and an operation, review the credit quote and approve. Review the result before saving or applying it. Editing requires permission to upload and edit the selected media. ## FAQ ### Is the plugin free, and what do I pay for? The plugin is free. Cloud tools use your Picsart plan and credits. Buy and manage these on [Picsart](https://picsart.com/), where current prices are shown. They are Picsart service purchases usable beyond WordPress, not a separate plugin subscription. ### How many credits does an operation cost? Costs depend on the operation, model and selected settings. Review the account-specific quote before approving generation, background removal or enhancement, including a zero-credit quote when applicable. An estimate is not the final quote. Local browser image processing does not spend generation credits. ### Do I receive extra credits or free videos for installing? No. The plugin uses your actual Picsart balance. Reinstalling or connecting another site does not grant extra credits or free videos. Account-level free credits may not cover a video. ### Does regenerating or rejecting a result refund credits? Regeneration is a new request with a new price to approve. Rejecting a result does not itself request a refund. For a billing question or unexpected charge, contact [Picsart Support](https://support.picsart.com/hc/en-us/requests/new); the plugin does not determine refund eligibility. ### What if I do not have enough credits? Use the account’s plan and credit links to manage your balance on Picsart.com. Return to WordPress and review the current balance and quote before trying again. Subscriptions do not imply unlimited generation. ### How do I connect, and do I need API keys or another server? Follow Installation above. No merchant API key, Node.js server or manual installation identifier is needed. If the device code expires, start a new connection attempt. Never share login or authorization codes. ### Does it work without WooCommerce or All in One SEO? Yes. WooCommerce and All in One SEO are optional. Use WordPress posts, pages and the Media Library without them. The plugin does not promise SEO rankings or publish campaigns. ### Will my original image or published content be replaced automatically? No. Review results before saving a copy, and explicitly choose where to apply it. Local edits create new attachments. Restore is available only while the destination still matches the recorded change; later edits are not overwritten. ### What if generation finishes but saving or polling is interrupted? Open History and inspect the existing operation first. Where available, resume checking or finish saving the existing result without generating again. A timeout does not prove generation failed or that no credits were used. Avoid submitting a duplicate request while its outcome is uncertain. ### What data leaves my site, and when? After consent, Picsart receives account requests and selected cloud-workflow images and prompts. Image-based quotes upload a copy before generation. Local processing does not itself send images for AI processing. See External services and privacy for endpoints and policies. ### How are my connection and media protected? OAuth credentials and receipts are encrypted using WordPress salts; media actions check WordPress permissions. Protect backups and salts and keep your software updated. WordPress media copies may have public URLs even if the Drive original was private. ### What happens when I disconnect, archive or uninstall? Disconnect removes local credentials. Archiving hides history without deleting it. Uninstall removes plugin state and capabilities but preserves media and authored content. None cancels your subscription or deletes cloud files. Manage cloud files/ authorization on Picsart; site backups follow your hosting policy. ### Does the plugin track visitors or load chat automatically? No analytics or advertising trackers are bundled. Live chat loads Picsart’s HubSpot support portal only when you choose Chat with Picsart. Status emails require a separate opt-in and use the WordPress site’s mail system. Support forms remain available without opening chat. ### Can I use generated or watermarked images commercially? Review [Picsart’s terms](https://picsart.com/terms-of-use/) and [Generative AI Additional Terms](https://picsart.com/genaitermsofuse), and use source media you have permission to process. Check outputs for accuracy, branding and third-party rights before publication. Use clean images for product listings and feeds; the plugin blocks applying marked copies to product destinations. Marketplace image rules still apply. ### Are browser exports identical to the original? Canvas and video exports can change encoding, colour profiles and embedded metadata. Keep your originals; exported copies may not preserve provenance metadata. Review each destination’s format, size and image requirements. ### Where can I get help?
