I could not get “WP-WebAuthn” to register an authenticator on my MacBook Pro using TouchID. It always returned “Registration failed”. Then I switched to “Passwordless WP” and it worked like a charm on both my MacBook Air (TouchID and Chrome) and iPhone (FaceID and Safari). Note that is does not work with my 2019 iMac since it has neither TouchID nor FaceID — that is to be expected.
