Write a note once, attach it to products or whole categories, and it appears in the On-hold, Processing, or Completed email. #### Parcel Notes Pro Need variation targeting, extra order statuses, conditions, attachments, or a dedicated follow-up email? [Parcel Notes Pro](https://emergestudio.dev/parcel-notes-for-woo-commerce/) is a separate add-on from Emerge Studio. It is sold on our site, not inside this plugin. Every feature in this free version keeps working without Pro. It is designed to stay small. Email sending looks up note IDs stored on the product and its categories, then loads only those notes. There is no extra database table and no work on the storefront. #### What you can do * Create unlimited notes with the classic editor * Show a note in On-hold, Processing, and/or Completed customer emails * Choose where it appears (before/after the order table, after order meta, after customer details, or in the footer) * Attach a note to individual products, product categories, or both * Use placeholders such as `{customer_first_name}`, `{order_number}`, and `{product_name}` * Preview a note against a real order without sending anything * Import messages from the retired Woo Custom Emails Per Product plugin #### How it works 1. Go to **Parcel Notes Add Note** and write your content. 2. Choose which emails it should appear in and where in the template. 3. Attach products and/or categories. 4. Place a test order. The note is inserted into the matching WooCommerce email. Upload the `parcel-notes` folder to `/wp-content/plugins/`. 2. Activate **Parcel Notes for WooCommerce**. 3. Make sure WooCommerce is active. 4. Go to **Parcel Notes Add Note**. ## FAQ ### Does this send a separate email? No. It inserts your note into the existing WooCommerce customer emails. ### Can I assign a note to a whole category? Yes. Edit the note and choose one or more product categories. Every product in those categories will include the note. ### Will the same note appear twice? No. If several products in an order share a note, it is printed once. ### Does this work with High-Performance Order Storage? Yes. ### What happens to my data if I delete the plugin? Settings are removed. Notes and product assignments stay in the database so you can reinstall later without losing content. ### Can I import from Woo Custom Emails Per Product? Yes. Go to **Parcel Notes Settings Import**. Original messages are copied, not deleted. ### Where do I get support?
