By default it is attached to the“ New order” email that the shop manager receives, so the order can be printed or archived straight from the inbox. **Features** * A4 PDF with logo, store details, customer and billing details, shipping address, products (SKU, variations and options), totals and customer note. * Highlighted pickup / delivery date, compatible with the _Order Delivery Date_ plugin. * Settings page under _WooCommerce > Order PDF_: - highlight color and text color - logo upload (JPEG, PNG, GIF or WebP) - font choice (Helvetica, Times or Courier, web-safe) - choose which WooCommerce fields are shown - choose which WooCommerce emails carry the attachment - custom footer text * “Download A4 PDF” button on the order screen. * No external libraries and no external services: the PDF is generated on your server. * Compatible with High-Performance Order Storage (HPOS). * Translation ready: translations are managed on translate.wordpress.org. **Notes** * The PDF uses standard PDF fonts, so characters outside Western European alphabets( for example Cyrillic, Greek, Arabic or CJK) are not supported. * The PDF is generated in the language of the site. Upload the plugin folder to `/wp-content/plugins/`, or install it from the _Plugins_ screen. 3. Activate the plugin. 4. Go to _WooCommerce > Order PDF_ to customize colors, logo, fields and emails. ## FAQ ### Which emails receive the PDF? By default only the “New order” email sent to the shop manager. You can pick any WooCommerce email in _WooCommerce > Order PDF_, including customer emails. ### Is the PDF attached to unpaid or cancelled orders? The PDF follows the emails you selected. WooCommerce sends the “New order” email when an order becomes Processing, Completed or On hold, not for pending, failed or cancelled orders. ### How do I show the pickup / delivery date? Enable the “Pickup / delivery date” field in the settings. It reads the date saved by the Order Delivery Date plugin. Other plugins can be supported with the `opaw_delivery_date` filter. ### Where are the generated files stored? Attached PDFs are temporarily saved in `wp-content/uploads/opaw-temp/`, a folder protected from direct access, and removed after 24 hours. ### Can I use my own font?
