Every feature is free. There is no Pro version and no account with us. #### Features **Measurement Pixel** * Loads the official ChatGPT Ads Measurement Pixel on every page * page_viewed on every page **WooCommerce** * contents_viewed on product pages * items_added when a product is added to the cart: from the product page, from the shop loop with AJAX, or from the cart and product blocks * checkout_started when the checkout opens with items in the cart * order_created for purchases, with amount, currency and every product in the order * Choose whether a purchase counts when the order is placed or when it is paid. With “when it is paid”, a bank transfer or cash on delivery order counts when you mark it as processing, even days later * Compatible with High-Performance Order Storage (HPOS) and with the block-based cart and checkout **Conversions API (server side)** * Purchases, add to cart, leads and registrations are also sent from your server, so they count even when an ad blocker stops the Pixel * Browser and server send the same event ID, so each conversion is counted once * The ad click reference (oppref) is saved in the order when it is placed, so a purchase paid later is still attributed to the ad * Events are queued with Action Scheduler and retried if the API is temporarily unavailable * A connection test that validates your Pixel ID and key without recording anything * A log of the last events sent from the server **Leads and registrations** * lead_created for Contact Form 7, WPForms, Gravity Forms, Elementor Pro Forms and Fluent Forms * registration_completed when a visitor creates an account, on the site or at checkout **Privacy** * Optional integration with WP Consent API: nothing loads or is sent until the visitor accepts marketing cookies * Customer data (email, phone, name, user ID) is hashed with SHA-256 before leaving your site, and can be turned off * Site staff (administrators, editors, shop managers) is not measured, so your tests do not count * Suggested text for your privacy policy #### Requirements * A ChatGPT Ads advertiser account with a Pixel. Create it in Ads Manager, in the Conversions tab. * For server-side events, a Conversions API key, created in the same tab. #### Developers Filters: `o24ca_should_track_visitor`, `o24ca_browser_events`, `o24ca_capi_event`,` o24ca_product_id`, `o24ca_order_amount`, `o24ca_order_event_id`, `o24ca_track_lead`,` o24ca_client_ip`. You can define the Conversions API key in wp-config.php instead of saving it in the database: ``` define( 'O24CA_CAPI_KEY', 'your-key' ); ``` In the browser, `window.o24caTrack({ name: 'custom', data: { type: 'custom' }, options:{ custom_event_name: 'quote_requested' } })` sends your own events through the plugin, respecting consent. #### Not affiliated with OpenAI This plugin is developed by Open24 and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by OpenAI. ChatGPT and OpenAI are trademarks of OpenAI. The plugin uses the public ChatGPT Ads measurement documentation. ### External services This plugin connects to ChatGPT Ads, a service provided by OpenAI, to measure the results of advertising campaigns. It only connects after you enter a Pixel ID in the settings. **Measurement Pixel (browser).** On every page of your site, the visitor’s browser loads the script https://bzrcdn.openai.com/sdk/oaiq.min.js and sends events to https:// bzr.openai.com. Each event includes its name, the page address, and, depending on the event, products, quantities, amounts and currency. If the visitor is logged in and “Send hashed customer data” is on, their email, phone, first name, last name and user ID are sent hashed with SHA-256, together with country, region, city and postal code. The Pixel stores two cookies, __oppref (ad click reference, 30 days) and __obref (browser reference, 365 days). The plugin stores its own cookie, o24ca_oppref, with the ad click reference, for 30 days. With the WP Consent API option, nothing loads until the visitor accepts marketing cookies. **Conversions API (server).** Only if you turn it on and add a key. Your server sends events to https://bzr.openai.com/v1/events when a product is added to the cart, an order counts as a purchase, a supported contact form is submitted or a visitor registers. Each event includes its name and ID, the page address, the ad click reference and browser reference when available, the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent, and for purchases the order amount, currency and products. If“ Send hashed customer data” is on, it also includes the hashed email, phone, first name, last name and user ID, and country, region, city and postal code. The “Send test event” button sends one test event in validation mode, which OpenAI checks but does not record. Only if an administrator clicks “Yes”, the site sends one email to hola@open24.com.ar (through the site’s own wp_mail) with the site address. Nothing is sent if you click “Not now” or close the page, and the question is never shown again. Nothing else is ever sent to Open24. ## Installation 1. Install and activate the plugin. 2. In ChatGPT Ads Manager, open the Conversions tab and create a Pixel. Copy the Pixel ID. 3. In WordPress, open Open24 Conversions in the admin menu and paste the Pixel ID. 4. Recommended: create a Conversions API key in the same tab of Ads Manager, paste it, turn on “Send events from the server” and click “Send test event”. 5. If your visitors must accept cookies first, install WP Consent API and a compatible cookie banner, and choose “Wait for marketing consent”. ## FAQ ### Is it really free? Yes. Every feature is in this plugin. There is no Pro version. ### Do I need WooCommerce? No. Without WooCommerce the plugin measures page views, leads from contact forms and registrations. With WooCommerce it adds product views, add to cart, checkout and purchases. ### Will a purchase be counted twice if it is sent by the browser and the server? No. Both send the same event ID (order_ followed by the order number) and OpenAI keeps only the first one it receives. ### A customer paid by bank transfer two days after clicking the ad. Is it attributed? Yes, if the server-side Conversions API is on. When the order is placed, the plugin saves the ad click reference in the order. When you mark the order as processing, the purchase is sent with that reference. ### My own test orders appear as conversions Turn on “Do not measure site staff” and test while logged in as an administrator, or use a private window and then delete the test orders. Orders created from the WordPress admin are never sent. ### Does it work with page cache plugins? Yes. The Pixel settings are printed in the page, so a cached page shows the same Pixel to every visitor, which is correct. Cart, checkout and thank-you pages, and visitors with items in the cart, are excluded from cache by WooCommerce and by the main cache plugins, so purchase and add to cart events are not cached. Server-side events do not depend on the cache. ### Where do I see the conversions? In ChatGPT Ads Manager.
