For me it just ended up feeling overly complex and way more expensive for basically the same things. I filled out the form to move back to Omnisend, and the team took care of everything, moved my account, handled the migration and made the process really easy. It honestly reminded me how nice it is to have genuinely great support. I had been delaying the move for a long time because, honestly, platform migrations are usually hassle and stress. This time, though, it really wasn’t. Omnisend migration team handled the migration for me with minial effort from my side. It’s still early days with the platform itself, so I can’t fully comment on that yet, but based purely on the migration experience, it’s an easy 5 stars.
