How to embed a Campaign in a Post?

There are two ways to embed a campaign.
1. Copy/paste the campaign Post’s url and insert it into another Post.
1. Insert shortcode as follow: [campaign id=”642f031e96″ width=”800px” height=”3000px”].

Examples are provided by default in Admin > Newsletters list.

“Page not found” after import

When you display a Newsletter post on front end after import it gives you a 404 Page not found error, proceed as follow:
1. Go to Admin > Settings > Permalinks
1. Select “postname”
1. Save

This must have fix the issue.

Iframe is cut-off / Campaign is not fully displayed

This is a limitation due to WordPress’s JS itself.
It limits iframe height to 1000px maximum.

Luckily, others have already found a solution:
1. Install Bypass Iframe Height Limit plugin

Stellar Plugin

This is a top-notch plugin that really works and creates such huge possibilities for displaying your Mailchimp campaigns within your WP website. Has always worked great. However with the latest WordPress update it doesn't pull campaigns anymore. Would really appreciate if the author would fix the issue. Would gladly donate.

Doesn’t work

On install it causes a fatal error Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined method Mailchimp::instance() in /home2/website1/public_html/wp-content/plugins/olalaweb-mailchimp-campaign-manager/class/Mailchimp.php:182 Stack trace: #0 /home2/website1/public_html/wp-content/plugins/olalaweb-mailchimp-campaign-manager/class/Mailchimp.php(186): MCC() #1 /home2/website1/public_html/wp-content/plugins/olalaweb-mailchimp-campaign-manager/mailchimp-campaigns.php(91): require_once('/home2/website1...') #2 /home2/website1/public_html/wp-admin/includes/plugin.php(1897): include('/home2/website1...') #3 /home2/website1/public_html/wp-admin/plugins.php(178): plugin_sandbox_scrape('olalaweb-mailch...') #4 {main} thrown in /home2/website1/public_html/wp-content/plugins/olalaweb-mailchimp-campaign-manager/class/Mailchimp.php on line 182

Works well — just what we needed!

At first I had a technical glitch that was my theme's fault. Matthieu got back to me with some tech support and now we're up and running. This is the best MailChimp Newsletter Archiving plugin, by far (I've been searching extensively). Most other solutions merely provide links back to your MailChimp account. This one brings your entire newsletter into a post. Since we need to gate this sort of content, it's necessary to stay on our site, and this plugin does just that.

Works good

To those who were waiting too long and it didn't work: don't use an API key, create an APP and use the Client ID and the Client's secret.

Doesn’t work

Maybe it used to work 2 years ago, but it doesn't work any more. Gets stuck in the campaign import page. Tried few times, waited 30 mins (I've got about 50 campaigns sent in total) and still the same message: Please wait until all campaigns are imported. This may take a while if you have many campaigns in your Mailchimp account.
