Choose the checkout experience that works best for your store: * **Hosted Checkout** — Customers complete checkout on the ödemehub payment page. * **Delegated Checkout** — Customers enter their billing details in WooCommerce and complete their card payment on the ödemehub payment page. * **Payment API** — Customers enter their card details directly on your store’s checkout page, with 3D Secure support. Features: * Three checkout modes to fit your store’s needs * Support for classic checkout and WooCommerce Checkout blocks * Installment options on the Payment API card form, as set up in your ödemehub panel (TRY only) * Installment limits per product category, separately for individual and commercial cards * High-Performance Order Storage (HPOS) compatibility * Sandbox and live environments * Webhook support for payment status updates * Support for TRY, USD, EUR and GBP Tested with WordPress 7.1.3 and WooCommerce 11.2.1. ### Requirements * WordPress * WooCommerce * PHP 8.1 or later * An ödemehub account with API access ### External Services This plugin connects to ödemehub to process payments and verify payment status. An active ödemehub account with API access is required. Depending on the selected environment, the plugin connects to one of the following services: * Sandbox: https://sandbox.odemehub.com * Live: https://app.odemehub.com When you save the payment settings, the plugin sends a request to verify your API credentials. This request does not contain customer data. When a customer places an order, relevant order information, product details, billing information and the return address are sent to ödemehub. This may include the customer’s name, email address, phone number, billing address and store user ID. In Payment API mode, the customer’s IP address and card details entered at checkout are also sent to ödemehub for payment processing. While the customer types the card number, its first eight digits and the cart total are sent to ödemehub to look up the card’s bank and installment options. The plugin does not intentionally store or log card details. In Hosted Checkout and Delegated Checkout modes, customers enter their card details on the ödemehub payment page. When a customer returns to the store or ödemehub sends a webhook, the plugin verifies the payment status before updating the order. Install and activate the plugin. WooCommerce must be active. 2. Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Payments > ödemehub. 3. Enable ödemehub and select your checkout mode and environment. 4. Enter your workspace ID, API key and API secret from the Integration page of your ödemehub dashboard. 5. Save your settings and check the connection status. 6. Copy the webhook URL shown in the plugin settings into the ödemehub dashboard under Payment Settings > Webhook. For Hosted Checkout and Delegated Checkout, configure the `order.paid` event. For Payment API mode, configure the `transaction.successful` event. Webhooks allow orders to be updated even when customers do not return to your store after payment. ## FAQ ### How do I connect my ödemehub account? Find your workspace ID, API key and API secret on the Integration page of your ödemehub dashboard. Sandbox and live environments use separate credentials. ### Which checkout modes are available? You can choose Hosted Checkout, Delegated Checkout or Payment API in the plugin settings. ### Does the plugin support 3D Secure? Yes. Payment API mode supports 3D Secure. Hosted Checkout and Delegated Checkout use ödemehub’s hosted payment page. ### Does the plugin support WooCommerce Checkout blocks? Yes. The plugin supports both classic checkout and WooCommerce Checkout blocks. ### Is HPOS supported? Yes. The plugin supports WooCommerce High-Performance Order Storage (HPOS). ### Can I process refunds from WooCommerce? Not yet. Refunds must be processed in your ödemehub dashboard. You will need to update the WooCommerce order separately. ### Which currencies are supported? The plugin supports TRY, USD, EUR and GBP.
