We use one of the fastest servers for WordPress sites with 10Gbps connections so that cannot be the bottleneck. The process also stops with error “The Image Url field has to be a URL” when it encounters an image url with special characters like “€”.[ update] Support has responded and they weren’t able to solve the problem. Got a refund and this plugin is now disabled on wordpress.org. Multiple sites, varying quantities of images… all failing periodically. This is not a complete application. It loses changes and doesn’t complete work. The process of optimizing got stuck at the beginning. I reached out to the customer support and they asked for login info.
