Visitors pick their project type, answer a handful of chip-based questions, and get a live recap before sending — you get a clean, structured brief in your inbox and in your WordPress dashboard. **Free version features** * `[nr_brief]` shortcode, usable in any page, post or widget * Up to 5 configurable question steps + a fixed final contact/recap step * Chips (single or multiple choice) and free-text fields * Dynamic recap panel built as the visitor answers * Structured notification email to you, automatic confirmation email to the prospect * 3 ready-made templates: Web, Graphisme, Coaching * Native WordPress security: nonces, sanitization, output escaping * Zero external dependencies — vanilla CSS/JS only **Usage** ``` [nr_brief template="web"] ``` Available templates: `web`, `graphisme`, `coaching`. **Premium (roadmap)** Unlimited steps, submission pipeline (New/In progress/Quoted/Won/Lost), PDF export, automatic budget scoring, follow-up reminders, custom branding, CSV export, WPML/ Polylang, webhooks (Zapier, Make, CRM). ### Third Party Services / Privacy Policy NR Brief Builder uses the [Freemius](https://freemius.com/) SDK to manage installations and (in a future version) license checks for the optional Pro upgrade. On activation, Freemius shows a one-time opt-in screen asking whether you want to share some basic, non-sensitive usage and installation data (e.g. your site’s URL, WordPress and PHP versions, and this plugin’s version) to help us improve compatibility and support, and to receive relevant update notifications. **This is opt-in, not automatic**: nothing is sent unless you click “Allow & Continue,” and clicking “ Skip” declines it — the plugin works exactly the same either way. No personal data — such as the content of your clients’ brief submissions — is ever sent to Freemius. That data stays in your own WordPress database, as described above. Upload the `nr-brief-builder` folder to `/wp-content/plugins/`, or install the zip via _Plugins Add New_. 2. Activate the plugin. 3. Add `[nr_brief]` to any page, or `[nr_brief template="graphisme"]` / `[nr_brief template="coaching"]` for another preset. 4. Set your notification email under _NR Brief Builder Settings_. ## FAQ ### Where do submissions go? Every submission is stored privately under _NR Brief Builder Submissions_ in wp- admin, and two emails are sent: a structured notification to you, and an automatic confirmation to the prospect. ### Can I use it more than once on the same page? Yes, each `[nr_brief]` instance is independent. ### Does it work with any theme? Yes.
