Navigate to the ‘Add New’ in the plugins dashboard 2. Navigate to the ‘Upload’ area 3. Select `notice-bar.zip` from your computer 4. Click ‘Install Now’ 5. Activate the plugin in the Plugin dashboard #### Using FTP 1. Download `notice-bar.zip` 2. Extract the `notice-bar` directory to your computer 3. Upload the `notice-bar` directory to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory 4. It needs an HTML section. I should be able to make a quick two line notice, with a header in a larger font. It needs a cookies option. There are a TON of users, namely iOS users, who use Safari… it’s a major browser! Thus, this plugin is NOT cross platform compatible and needs to be. Once this is fixed, I will rate as “5” stars as it will have earned it.
