Your store does not send data to WPNoti until a store manager chooses **Connect** under WooCommerce Noti. Disconnecting the store removes its WooCommerce API key from both your website and WPNoti. **Simple, privacy-conscious visitor analytics** Turn on visitor counting to see unique visitors and page views in the mobile app. This feature is optional and disabled by default. WPNoti uses a first-party random visitor identifier for counting, not advertising. Visitor records remain on your store, logged-in editors are excluded, and supported consent plugins are respected. Developers can also control tracking with the `noti_tracking_allowed` filter. **Secure form notifications** Receive mobile alerts for Contact Form 7, WPForms, Gravity Forms, and other supported forms. Data sharing begins only after a store manager selects **Connect** under WooCommerce Noti. ### Privacy and external service disclosure This plugin connects to [WPNoti](https://wpnoti.com), a service operated by the plugin author, to provide the mobile app, push notifications, store monitoring, and connected-store features. During connection, WPNoti receives the store URL, store name, currency, timezone, software versions, and a site token. Once connected, it may receive order summaries, short form previews, store and checkout errors, administrator or shop manager account alerts, and disconnection notices so these events can appear in the app. The connected app can request orders, products, plugin health, stored form and error events, and visitor counts from the store. Editing orders and products requires separate approval through WooCommerce. Install WooCommerce 8.0 or newer, then install Noti for WooCommerce from Plugins Add New. 2. Activate Noti for WooCommerce. 3. Open WooCommerce Noti and create an account, or sign in. 4. Enter the pairing code in the WPNoti dashboard or app. 5. Complete the “Approve store edits” step. WooCommerce asks you to allow the app to change orders and products. ## FAQ ### Does the plugin work without an account? You can install the plugin without an account, but connecting your store to the mobile app requires a free WPNoti account. Nothing is sent to WPNoti before you choose to connect. ### Can I receive new order push notifications? Yes. WPNoti sends a mobile push notification when a new WooCommerce order is created and lets you open the order details from the app. ### Can I manage WooCommerce orders from my phone? Yes. You can view WooCommerce orders in the app. Editing is enabled only after you approve access through WooCommerce’s official authorization screen. ### Can I disconnect the app? Yes. You can disconnect WPNoti and revoke its WooCommerce access at any time. ### Where is visitor data stored? Visitor records stay on your website. Counting is disabled by default and starts only after a shop manager enables “Count store visitors.” The app reads the resulting visitor totals when you open the visitors screen. ### Where do form messages stay? The complete form submission is encrypted and stored on your website.
