There is no many plugin for manage page transition when a link is clicked and, other plugin I tested never fully work for me, this one works! Settings are very basic but the plugin is really great so 5 starts hoping the plugin will still maintained updated and for long time! Moreover, the transition effect applies to every clickable link that is possible, even the admin bar and sizable images when you click it, making it unusable.
