This plugin connects your store to your Nerja AI workspace: * Adds the Nerja AI tracker to your storefront (not for logged-in shop managers). * Sends each order to Nerja AI as it is placed and when its status changes — so revenue is attributed even for cash-on-delivery orders confirmed later. * Works with classic and block checkout, and with High-Performance Order Storage( HPOS). * Sends orders, products and customers in the background, so checkout is never slowed down, and retries when Nerja AI is briefly unreachable. * “Send store history” sends your products, customers and the last 12 months of orders, so Nerja AI starts with your full history. * Supports WordPress’s Export/Erase Personal Data tools and adds suggested privacy policy text. WooCommerce is a trademark of Automattic Inc.; this plugin is not affiliated with or endorsed by WooCommerce or Automattic. ### External services This plugin connects to Nerja AI (https://nerja.ai), an external service operated by Nerja AI, the plugin’s author — and only after you connect it with a Connection key. Nothing is sent before you connect. The plugin sends data to the Nerja AI API at `api.nerja.ai` and loads the storefront tracker from `t.nerja.ai` (or other `nerja.ai` addresses your workspace returns when you connect). Nerja AI’s servers run on Amazon Web Services. * **When you connect:** the site address, plugin/WooCommerce/WordPress versions, store currency and time zone are sent so Nerja AI can set up tracking for this store. * **For each order:** the order number, status, totals (including tax, shipping and discount), currency, payment method, dates, customer id, billing name, email and phone, the items bought, and the Nerja AI campaign token and visitor id saved at checkout. * **For products and customers:** when they are created, changed or deleted — product id, SKU, name, price, description, link, image, categories and stock status; customer id, email, name, phone and sign-up date. * **When you click “Send store history”:** the same product and customer details, and the order details above for the last 12 months. * **Once a day, while connected:** the plugin and WooCommerce versions, and how many orders, products and customers are waiting to be sent or could not be sent. * **When you click Disconnect, or delete the plugin while a Connection key is saved:** a request carrying only the Connection key, so Nerja AI revokes it. No store data is sent. * **On your storefront:** the Nerja AI tracker is Nerja AI’s own script, loaded from Nerja AI’s servers because it is configured per workspace. For each visitor it sends: the pages viewed and the referring page; products viewed, hovered and clicked; cart, wishlist and checkout actions; the email address, phone number and first and last name typed into forms, as they are filled in and even if the form is not submitted (for other form fields, only that they were filled in and their length); and the browser language, screen size, time zone, device type and user agent. The visitor’s IP address reaches Nerja AI with each request. Password, hidden, payment card, CVV and bank fields are never read. It keeps a visitor id in the `_cid` and `_nerja_aid` cookies (up to 1 year) and a campaign token in `_nerja_at` (up to 30 days), plus local storage. Store managers browsing their own shop are not tracked. * **Consent:** if your site uses a consent tool that supports the WP Consent API, the tracker loads, and orders are credited to a campaign, only after the visitor consents to marketing. The check runs in the visitor’s browser, so page caches cannot serve one visitor’s choice to another. Without such a tool the tracker loads for every visitor, so mention Nerja AI in your cookie notice; WordPress Settings Privacy offers suggested privacy policy text. In Nerja AI, open Data Brain WordPress Install WordPress plugin, click Create Connection key and copy it. 3. In WordPress, go to Settings Nerja AI, paste the key and click Connect. ## FAQ ### Does it slow down my checkout? No. Orders are sent by a background job after checkout completes. ### What happens if I disconnect? The plugin stops tracking and sending orders, and its keys stop working. ### What does deleting the plugin remove? Its settings and keys, its queued background jobs, and the Nerja AI visitor id and campaign token it saved on orders.
