We migrated a client from the extensionworks.com UPS Shipping Calculator over to Auctioninc's shipping calculator for WP eCommerce because ExtensionWorks ended their product. We were never able to get ExtensionWorks plugin working correctly - shipping was always off so we ended up having to maniupulate the dimensions of our boxes and products to get the calculations to come "semi" close to our actual charges. Luckily we found this plugin and within an hour, had it set up and running on a dev site and it just worked. Shipping calculations are spot on - we didn't have to enter in our box sizes (they came up with a REALLY simple way of calculating box sizes for multiple items in an order). We moved it to our live site after going back through all of the products and putting in their correct dimensions and it just works. No problems at all. It's been on the site for 3 weeks now and we haven't had one issue. Highly recommend. Big thanks to Doug for his quick responses and knowledge. He answered our questions right away and was really easy to work with. Great plugin!
