Shoppers talk or type what they need, and the AI sales assistant recommends matching products from your catalog and adds the chosen one to the cart, like a helpful clerk in a real store. It is developed and operated by Morimorida Inc. (株式会社モリモリダ). Use it as a product finder, a gift finder or a 24/7 shopping assistant that answers“ What should I buy?” questions and turns conversations into sales (conversational commerce). * Shoppers describe what they want by typing or talking. Candidates update while they are still speaking. * Real-time voice conversation that handles interruptions and back-channel responses. * Recommends only products that are published, in stock and within the shopper’s conditions (budget, age, category). * Adds to the cart only the variant the shopper selects, after showing the current price and asking for confirmation. It never checks out or pays. * Bot protection and consent before any conversation data is processed. * Japanese and English storefront interface. #### Who is it for * WooCommerce stores with many products, where shoppers need help choosing (gifts, toys, cosmetics, food, hobby goods, apparel). * Stores that want AI product recommendations without building their own chatbot or training a model. * Stores that want a voice assistant on the storefront, not only a text chat widget. #### How it works 1. Activate the plugin and start the free trial from WooCommerce Morimorida Talk & Shop. 2. Your published products are synchronized to the Talk & Shop service (automatically on change and twice a day). 3. Turn on “Show the concierge on the site”. A “Get product advice” button appears on your store. #### Free trial and plans The free trial lasts 7 days and includes 3 voice minutes and 30 product decisions. No payment details are needed to start. Paid plans are billed monthly in Japanese yen through Stripe and can be changed or cancelled at any time from the plugin. ( 株式会社モリモリダ). It does not work without that service. Nothing is sent until an administrator starts the free trial or enters a connection key. * **Talk & Shop service** (https://talkbot-woo.onrender.com), hosted on Render. - On registration: your site URL, site name and store currency. - Product catalog: published product names, descriptions, prices, stock status, categories, tags, image URLs, product URLs and the optional “Minimum age” field. Sent when you sync, when products change, and twice a day. Install and activate the plugin. WooCommerce must be active. 2. Your site must be served over https and use pretty permalinks (Settings Permalinks: anything other than “Plain”). 3. Go to WooCommerce Morimorida Talk & Shop, agree to the terms and press “Start free trial”. 4. Turn on “Show the concierge on the site” and save. ## FAQ ### Does the AI place orders or take payments? No. It adds a product to the cart only after the shopper chooses a variant and confirms the current price. Checkout stays in WooCommerce. ### What happens when the allowance runs out? Voice or recommendations stop until the next period. There are no overage charges. ### How do I cancel? Press “Manage billing” to open the Stripe customer portal. After cancellation you can use the plan until the end of the paid period. Uninstalling the plugin cancels the subscription immediately. ### I lost the connection key. Press “Start free trial” again on the same site. Your existing connection is kept and a new key is issued (no second trial). ### Can I keep the secret out of the database? Yes.
