## Description

Monroya shows businesses who AI assistants recommend instead of them, hands them
a ranked list of moves to change it, and proves when it worked.

Monroya Connect lets you send Monroya’s drafts (new answer pages, AI info pages,
guides and blog posts) straight into WordPress, ready for review.

**Drafts only. You stay in control.**

 * Monroya can create new posts and new pages, always as drafts.
 * Monroya can never publish. Nothing goes live until you publish it.
 * Monroya never edits existing pages or posts, and never changes themes, plugins,
   settings or users.
 * Drafts arrive with title, content, featured image, SEO title and description (
   Yoast SEO and Rank Math supported) and structured data.
 * When you publish a Monroya draft, the page is submitted to IndexNow (Bing and
   other search engines) and Monroya starts checking whether AI assistants pick 
   it up.

### External services

This plugin connects to Monroya (https://www.monroya.ai), an AI visibility service.

 * When you click “Connect to Monroya”, your site address and the plugin’s REST 
   address are sent to Monroya to create the connection.
 * Monroya sends drafts to your site through signed requests.
 * When you publish a draft created by Monroya, the plugin sends Monroya the page
   address, its type and publish date, so Monroya can track results.

When you publish a Monroya draft, its address is also submitted to IndexNow (https://
www.indexnow.org), a protocol used by Bing and other search engines to learn about
new pages. IndexNow terms: https://www.indexnow.org/terms

The plugin sends no visitor data and adds no tracking scripts.

## Installation

 1. Install and activate the plugin.
 2. Go to Settings  Monroya and click “Connect to Monroya”.
 3. Sign in to Monroya (or create a free account) and choose your account.
 4. In Monroya, open a job with a draft and click “Send to WordPress”.

## FAQ

### Can Monroya publish to my site?

No. The plugin has no way to publish. Every draft waits for you.

### Can Monroya change my existing pages?

No. It only creates new posts and new pages, and only updates drafts it created 
that you haven’t published.

### What happens if I disconnect or delete the plugin?

The connection is removed. Your drafts and published pages stay exactly as they 
are.

### Do I need a paid Monroya plan?

No. The free plan includes one draft a month.
