## Description

Plugin and theme nags stack under the admin bar. This plugin hides them and keeps
a Notices button at the bottom right of the admin screen.

 * Enable / disable hiding
 * Control who it applies to
 * Optional handling for error notices
 * Same hiding on the Updates screen; WordPress update tables stay put
 * Does not move page content, and does not watch the admin page for changes
 * Keeps plugin list rows, plugin cards, and Loco Translate in-page notices visible

## Installation

 1. Upload and activate.
 2. Open Settings  Mobi Notice Dock, or use Settings on the Plugins row.
