Every offer lands on a dedicated admin screen where you simply accept or reject it — no back-and-forth is required to get a deal done. When you accept an offer, the customer receives a secure, one-time checkout link priced at the negotiated amount, for the exact quantity they offered on. Your store’s regular price is never touched. Upload the plugin files to `/wp-content/plugins/moaw-price-negotiation-for-woocommerce`, or install the zip via **Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin**. 2. Activate the plugin (WooCommerce must already be installed and active). 3. Go to **Offers > Settings** to configure offer rules, notifications and display options. 4. Want counter-offers, advanced rules, and display customization? Install the separate Pro plugin — see **Offers > Upgrade to Pro** in your dashboard. ## FAQ ### Does this change my product’s regular price? No. Accepted offers create a temporary, order-specific negotiated price attached to that customer’s cart/order. Your product’s catalog price in the store is never modified, and every other shopper still sees the regular price. ### Can guests submit offers, or do they need an account? Both are supported. By default guests can submit offers, but you can require customers to log in first under **Offers > Settings > General** if you’d rather tie every offer to a registered account. ### Does it work with variable products? Yes. Before submitting an offer, the customer must select the required variation attributes (size, color, etc.), and the exact variation they chose is stored with their offer so you review and accept the right combination. ### What happens after I accept an offer — how does the customer actually check out at that price? Accepting an offer generates a secure, single-use, token-based checkout link that’s emailed to the customer. Opening that link adds the product to their cart at the negotiated price for the exact quantity they offered on. The link and price can’t be edited or reused after checkout is complete. ### What’s the difference between the Free plugin and the Pro plugin? The free plugin covers a complete single-round accept/reject offer workflow with a fixed min/max price rule. The separate Pro plugin adds full multi-round counter- offer negotiation, percentage-of-price and quantity rules, custom expiration windows, per-category/per-product targeting, shop/category/tag page buttons, and button/display customization. No. Pro is installed and activated alongside the free plugin, not instead of it — the free plugin remains the base, and Pro unlocks the additional features on top of it. ### Will this slow down my store or affect products I don’t want to negotiate on?
