## Description

AI Visibility Booster is a specialized WordPress plugin designed to help your website
become more discoverable and understandable by modern AI-powered search engines 
and large language models (LLMs) such as ChatGPT, Perplexity AI, Claude, Bing Copilot,
and others. Unlike traditional SEO plugins that focus primarily on Google and Bing
indexing, this plugin targets the next generation of AI crawlers by optimizing how
your content is presented, licensed, and exposed to machine-readable systems.

With built-in support for well-known AI bots like GPTBot, CCBot, and PerplexityBot,
the plugin automatically updates your site’s robots.txt to allow access from these
crawlers. It also includes a configurable shortcode block that can be inserted into
any page to create an “AI Index” page—a centralized summary of your site’s sitemap,
RSS feeds, and indexing permissions—ideal for machine parsing and LLM ingestion.
Site administrators can choose which page hosts this block and customize the messaging
shown to AI visitors.

A key feature of the plugin is the ability to define a content license explicitly,
both in the site’s HTML and the footer. Whether you’re sharing your work under Creative
Commons or disallowing AI training altogether, the plugin ensures your intent is
clearly communicated to both AI systems and human readers. This level of transparency
is increasingly important as AI models expand their use of publicly available content.
