It solves the hardest part of Cash on Delivery: proving the order is real _before_ you pay to ship it, then showing your return (RTO) rate at a glance. Other plugins quote checkout shipping rates or connect carriers. MaslBound does the part they skip — confirm the buyer, reduce failed deliveries, and surface the COD analytics that actually move your margin. It runs on top of any shipping plugin you already use. Before you ship, MaslBound Pro sends a WhatsApp message with Confirm/Cancel buttons. One tap to confirm. No reply within 24h? (Optional) Enter your Pro license key to unlock WhatsApp Confirmation ## FAQ ### How does WhatsApp Confirmation work? Before shipping, MaslBound Pro sends a WhatsApp message asking the customer to confirm their order. If they don’t respond within 24 hours, the order is flagged as suspicious. You can then decide whether to ship. ### Is WhatsApp Confirmation free? WhatsApp Confirmation is a Pro feature. The WhatsApp API charges per conversation( ~$0.005-0.01), but each 24-hour conversation window covers unlimited messages. Meta Cloud API has no monthly fee; Twilio is pay-per-use. ### What’s the difference between Meta Cloud API and Twilio? **Meta Cloud API**: Direct from Meta, no monthly fee. Requires business verification. ** Twilio**: Pay-per-use, no business verification needed, instant setup with Sandbox. ### Does this work with HPOS (High-Performance Order Storage)? Yes. MaslBound is HPOS-compatible and declares compatibility to WooCommerce. ### Does this work with Block Checkout (Store API)? Yes. Both classic checkout and Block Checkout are supported. ### Does this work with the Speedaf plugin? Yes. MaslBound bridges with the Speedaf plugin without modifying any of its code. Speedaf tracking updates sync to MaslBound’s COD status system. ### Is MaslBound a shipping or carrier plugin? No. MaslBound does **not** quote checkout shipping rates and does not replace a carrier/shipping plugin. It manages the COD order lifecycle — confirmation, 10-status tracking, RTO analytics, and notifications — and runs on top of whatever shipping setup you already use.
