No coupon codes to hand out. * **A ledger you can audit.** Every coin is a row in an append-only ledger with its reason, order and who made the change. Balances are never edited directly, so any balance can be explained line by line. * **Safe under real traffic.** Each balance change is locked and idempotent: the same order can never pay out twice, and two checkouts at the same moment cannot spend the same coins. * **Refund-aware to the cent.** Partial refunds remove only the coins earned on the refunded amount; cancelled orders give back the coins that were spent. * **Customers see the reward before they buy.** “You’ll earn 120 coins” updates live on product pages (including variations), the shop grid, mini cart, classic and block Cart/Checkout, the thank-you page and order emails, and with page builders. * **Looks native in any theme.** Buttons and colours come from your theme, in light or dark designs, so nothing looks bolted on. **Your own coin currency.** Call them “Star Coins”, “Ruby Points” or anything you like, with your own icon. Customers earn on every processed order and spend them at checkout. **Member tiers.** Bronze, Silver, Gold (rename them) unlock an automatic percentage off every order, based on lifetime spend. Cap per order, exclude sale items or categories. **Built for trust.** * Only Processing and Completed orders earn. Pending, on-hold, failed, cancelled and refunded orders never do. * Coins are reversed automatically on cancellation and refund (partial refunds too), and coins used on a cancelled order are given back. * Every change is a row in an append-only ledger with the reason, order and who did it. Balances can always be explained. * Parallel requests cannot double-spend: each balance change is locked and idempotent. **Earn rules:** per amount spent, sign-up bonus, first-order bonus, verified product reviews, birthdays. Daily earn cap. **Spend rules:** your conversion rate (e.g. 100 coins = 1 off), minimum coins, maximum % of an order. **Expiry:** optional, oldest coins first, with reminder emails. **Customers always know what they earn:** product pages (updates live for variations), shop badges, cart and checkout (classic and block, updates live), thank-you page and order emails. Set a fixed number of coins or no coins per product. Works with page builders too (Elementor, Divi and others): messages are placed automatically, or use `[loyaltypress_product_coins]` and `[loyaltypress_cart_coins]`. **Customer “My Rewards” tab** in My Account: balance and value, tier progress, how to earn, full history. Install and activate WooCommerce. 2. Plugins Add New search for “LoyaltySpin” Install Activate. 3. Go to LoyaltySpin Settings, name your coins and set earn/redeem rates. 4. Your customers now see a “My Rewards” tab in My Account. ## FAQ ### Which orders earn coins? Only orders in a “processed” status: Processing and Completed by default. You can add custom statuses, but pending payment, on-hold, failed, cancelled and refunded can never be selected. ### What happens when an order is refunded? Coins earned on the refunded amount are removed. If the customer had already spent them, the balance can go negative until they earn more. This stops “buy, earn, refund, repeat” abuse. ### Can guests earn coins? No. Coins need an account to live in. The cart tells guests how many coins they would earn if they log in. ### Does it slow my store down? Loyalty data lives in its own indexed tables, not in post meta. Front-end assets load only on pages that use them. ### Can I rename the “My Rewards” tab or change its layout?
